Support underwriting across crypto venture — build models, investment memos and portfolio monitoring for Fund II.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models, cap tables and return scenarios for early-stage crypto investments
- Draft investment memos and market maps for IC review
- Support due diligence — reference calls, on-chain analytics, competitive landscape
- Monitor portfolio company KPIs and prepare quarterly update inputs
- Track deal flow across target sectors and maintain the internal pipeline CRM
- Coordinate with legal and compliance on term sheets and subscription docs
Requirements
- 2–4 years in venture capital, investment banking, equity research or a crypto-native operating role
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate early-stage companies — written work samples welcome
- Strong Excel / financial modelling; comfort reading on-chain data is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Authorized to work in the United States (preferred) or eligible for remote contract as US person
- Fluent English; overlap with US Eastern or Central business hours
