Shape the BlackRose Ventures brand and LP portal experience — restrained, editorial, conversion-aware.
Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign key LP portal flows — onboarding, capital, activity, support
- Extend the public site design system across new pages and campaigns
- Produce high-fidelity specs, component documentation and handoff assets
- Run lightweight user research with LPs and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate on email templates, PDF reports and event collateral
Requirements
- 4+ years in product design for fintech, wealth or B2B SaaS
- Strong Figma craft — components, variants, responsive layouts
- Portfolio showing end-to-end work, not just visual explorations
- Authorized to work in the United States (preferred)
- Ability to work async with Zurich and Singapore stakeholders
