Senior Accountant
Remote · USA only
Own fund accounting, NAV support and LP reporting for multi-vehicle crypto venture structures — fully remote, US-based.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly fund accounting entries and reconciliations
- Support NAV calculations, capital activity and carried interest schedules
- Coordinate with external fund admin, auditors and tax advisors
- Maintain chart of accounts and documentation for multi-entity structures
- Assist with LP capital call, distribution and fee calculations
- Support annual audit and regulatory filing timelines
Requirements
- 5–8 years in fund accounting, public accounting or fund administration
- CPA (US) or actively pursuing — required
- Experience with alternative investment funds (venture, PE or hedge)
- Strong Excel; experience with Geneva, Investran, eFront or similar a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in the US
- Available during US market hours (ET / CT preferred)
