Financial Controller

Lead finance operations, controls and reporting for a multi-fund crypto venture platform — remote, US-based leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close, management reporting and board / IC financial packs
- Supervise fund accounting, AP/AR and vendor payment workflows
- Design and maintain internal controls appropriate for an SEC-registered adviser context
- Lead annual audits, tax engagements and regulatory financial filings
- Manage relationships with fund administrator, banks and external accountants
- Support budgeting, cash forecasting and entity structure decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years in fund finance, controllership or public accounting
- CPA (US) required; Big Four or fund CFO background preferred
- Direct experience with venture or private equity fund structures
- Strong command of US GAAP and fund accounting standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in the US
- Proven people management — you will mentor accounting staff
