Senior Accounts Payable Manager
Remote · USA only
Lead accounts payable, vendor management and payment operations for fund and management company entities — remote US role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP — intake, coding, approval routing and payment execution
- Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9/1099 compliance and payment terms negotiation
- Coordinate wire, ACH and crypto treasury payments with banking partners
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and support month-end close
- Implement and maintain AP automation tools and audit trails
- Train and supervise AP coordinators as the team scales
Requirements
- 6+ years in accounts payable, finance operations or treasury support
- Experience at an asset manager, family office or multi-entity corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of US payment rails, tax reporting and vendor controls
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Bill.com, Ramp or equivalent AP platforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in the US
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication for cross-functional stakeholders
